osTicket Version v1.10 (901e5ea) — Up to dateWeb Server Software Microsoft-IIS/7.5MySQL Version 5.6.36PHP Version 5.6.22In the Admin Panel > Settings > Tickets, I changed the Default Ticket Number Format and the Maximum Open Tickets. I then went back to the Agent Panel and noticed that the open tickets were not automatically displaying. I can use the advanced search to pull up the open tickets. I was also successful in creating new tickets but the default of displaying open tickets was not working. I went back and reverted back to the default ticket settings but still open tickets not displaying.Any solutions?
