I've been doing some testing with ostickets. When I create a new ticket via web based. The new ticket number is not sent to the email address entered. What am I missing?
In Setting/Outgoing Email
I have it as noreply@domain.etc
Is that right?
Some more information.
I am able to send an email from the command line out to an address. So I know that is working. It has to be in the settings somewhere in osticket. Any ideas?
I figured it out....I didn't have php mail enabled. I entered this at the command line and rebooted to make sure.
setsebool -P httpd_can_sendmail 1
