Don't be sorry. I should be.Due to the fact that support
notifications had no layout issues, I could not imagine that it would be
client side. Even because it happened to another client too which was
used by a customer.I don't know which email client he or they are using.So I replaced all Osticket files without any result.So I tested by logging in via webmail, using Gmail and hotmail and then there is even little bit too much formatting.Every line has now an extra carriage return, so it must definitely be my outlook 2013 some way.However
I still don't understand why the emails to staff, which arrive in the
same Outlook 2013 used by me, just a different email account, receivs
the mails correctly.Anyway, you were right. It's a client side error. Topic can be closed.
