HeySo I've tested this a couple times and it looks like overdue ticket email notifications do not dispatch until I log in as an agent. I set a due date on a ticket for 4/27, logged in today and immediately got an email.It might perhaps be the flagging as to whether it is past due that's not working though, as I now see this in the ticket:Updated by *** 4/25/17 10 AM — Due Date changed from 4/24/17 to 4/27/17Flagged as overdue by the system 5/5/17 7 AMSo the email dispatches as soon as the ticket is known to be overdue, but the ticket doesn't get flagged as overdue by the system until I log in.Anyone else come across this?
