I have just set up a osTicket installation on my server.
I followed the documentation to the letter, however for some reason I am unable to poll e-mails.
I have tried both the manual cron method and using the auth cron setting that was described in the setup. Neither work.
When manually running the cron.php file from the /api directory, I get the following errors...
PHP Warning: mime_magic: type search/400 \\input text/x-tex invalid in Unknown on line 0
PHP Warning: mime_magic: type search/400 \\section text/x-tex invalid in Unknown on line 0
PHP Warning: mime_magic: type search/400 \\setlength text/x-tex invalid in Unknown on line 0
PHP Warning: mime_magic: type search/400 \\documentstyle text/x-tex invalid in Unknown on line 0
PHP Warning: mime_magic: type search/400 \\chapter text/x-tex invalid in Unknown on line 0
PHP Warning: mime_magic: type search/400 \\documentclass text/x-tex invalid in Unknown on line 0
PHP Warning: mime_magic: type regex onstant+tory text/x-inform invalid in Unknown on line 0
I would assume that this is due to some kind of misconfiguration in mime_magic or in the mime.types file, however I have already searched around on google and have not been able to find anything that applies to my setup.
I am running on Debian 4.1, using Apache 2 and PHP 5.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
