HiI had two OSTicket installations - both 1.9.xIn both instances, I created a UK english language file to override text in the interface - e.g. Changing "Agent" to "Investigator".My records show that I made the changes in a command line interface - one of the lines being ...msgfmt /.../public_html/.../include/i18n/en_GB/LC_MESSAGES/messages.po -o /home/.../public_html/.../include/i18n/en_GB/LC_MESSAGES/messages.moThis worked fine for both sites.I then upgraded site 1 to 1.10.I copied the files to the server, logged in and did the database update.Without looking at the site, I then downloaded and edited the messages.po file again, ran the command line instruction etc.The text settings did not take, and OSTicket still shows "Agent" etc.I then upgraded site 2 to 1.10.This time I looked at the site, and the language changes from 1.9 were still present.Logic says that I should have to redo the language file, as the one for 1.10 has new and changed strings.I can't work out how to fix site 1, and don't want to do site 2 until the issue with site 1 is resolved. Can anyone suggest an approach?ThanksBrendon
