Adding column in ticket view

Good morning all,

I was wondering if there was a way to add in another column to the ticket view. For us it would be nice to have the name of the organization we are working with between the from and priority fields. Most of what I find is either dated or is not specifically what I'm looking to do. If there is something here possibly I missed, a link would be wonderful if not, is there a way to do this? Thanks in advance.


  • You haven't told us what version you are running.  So this thread covers most recent versions:

    If you are running 1.10 you can install the forth coming Custom Queues feature from github.

    Both of these involve editing your core osTicket files, so make sure that you back up your site and DB prior to applying changes.
