Hello ntozier,as promised I did some "homework" things the last days. I talked to the theme creator. He was a very very friendly guy and helped me realy well. After some troubleshooting. The result was a clean and fresh installation where the error happend again. It figured out that it is from the beginning of the installation and has nothing to to with his "Theme".But hey I am now the fastes osTIcket installer of the world after 39 installations *G*So I am back again and everything is like it was before. The window where the ticket information has to be placed is still missing.I tried some configurations in the PHP settings like downgrading PHP from 7 < to 5.0 nothing happend. Tried to turn off mod_rewirte that killed all of my websites so I had to turn it on again... Talked to my webhoster which are running a very fast and well educated support too - they could not find the error without debugging osTicket... I turned on my PHP Log Error on the webserver. It gave me some errors that will possible help an developer. attached the error log. The error had been produced opening the page with the missing window .... I did a screener of the osTIcket System too: http://666kb.com/i/djphnlhx35vtcvv9c.pngSome google time showed me an known issue if I undestood it correctly.Do you have an idea what the heck is going on?Thank you for your help.Regards Sven(EDIT)Seems like the Attachment did not work as it should - I have no luck with osTicket *G*Here is the Pastebin of the PHP Error Log: https://pastebin.com/08CqqVsLChanged my ip agains 8.8.8.8 and domain on foo.io
