Ticket assign email - images as attachment
we're using osticket in our internal network, the osticket server is not accesible from an external network, but we have a lot of extern service providers for special software products.
The problem is that images, attachet to a ticket are send as <img src ..> in ticket assignment (or the like) email's.
We are sending tickets to this service providers through osticket, the service providers are as Agent (External) declared. If we can't fix the problem ourself we send the whole ticket process to these 'Agents'
Is there a way to send these images as an email attachment, that the external service providers can see the images?
