I have gone through the forums on this. Typically, folks are pointed to Staff(Agent?) Panel\Knowledgebase\Canned Reponses. I am not seeing a canned responses option on the knowledgebase tab.
I have verified that canned responses are enabled (they are by default in 1.10), and I have checked my permissions (I am the admin). Ive checked the knowledgebase tab in the admin page as well.
What am I missing?
