Hmm. I'm not sure what to tell you as I have not experienced the same problem. What version of PHP are you running and whats your web servers OS/ver? And what are you using for an email client?
Oh and I thought that you said you fixed your problem by putting the url on its own line in this thread:
http://www.osticket.com/forums/showthread.php?t=12158(http://www.osticket.com/forums/showthread.php?t=12158)
Version of PHP: php-5.3.22-15.el6.art.x86_64
The testing that I have been using is on Outlook 2010 through exchange and also my own personal hotmail account.
I'm on a Centos 6.3 box...Apache 2.2
Another thing that I just did was I used the test email feature in ostickets and send an email to myself. This is the output.
This is a test to see how the wrap around is. While I'm typing I"m listing= ...that's right I said I"m to a wonderful piece performed the motion hit = Transformers. So yeah how about them music!
I really am committed to getting this working I am just at a loss of where to start. The other thread you mentioned yes it did work on version 1.6, but really it only fixed the issue when the url was short. If it was too long (like if a user has a ridiculously long email) it would still wrap around.
When I upgraded the equal sign came back in. I"m going to try the "fix" from (HERE)
Yeah I wrote that prematurely the tickets.php file is coded differently. So now I await the programming guru's.
I did email test from ostickets and this is the output if this helps.
