Hi, We are trying to automate email responses while generating a ticket. In the Ticket Filter section, we created a filter and used email response using osTicket HTML template. Our customer care team has created a ticket, #%{ticket.number} on your behalf, with the following details and summary: Topic: Subject: %{ticket.subject} %{message} However the mail which we received does not show the Topic or the Ticket No. Here is a copy of mail received.
