From ticket list, selecting New Ticket, there are a few fields that I wonder if can be auto populated.
First, Ticket Source
Then Department
Then Help Topic
Would be any way to have a ticket created from staff panel to say always default to Ticket Source: Other, Department (we only have one department), then Help Topic: Other (we'd change if necessary)
Is that something already supported by 1.7 or would that be a code modification?
