Please find the inline comments below.Are you trying to say that emails are being collected, and deleted (or moved), and some of them do not result in tickets?--> No, here we are not moving or deleting the emails after fetching, we are keeping in that folder only. (Emails are present in Inbox, but respective ticket is not created.)--> We know this is not the recommended option, but the problem is when we configure move to foler, the emails are getting moved and 50% of the moved Emails are automatically getting deleted from the Moved Folder(Very Odd behaviour)--> That is why we have selected, DO nothing option. (If we get solution for the above problem, we are ready to move the emails to some folder.)Sounds to me like the people sending those missing emails to tickets are not users.--> We are not sure about this, are you saying that if the emails are coming from the automated emails, then tickets wont get created ?--> And also, we could see that some of the emails, coming from already existing users also resulted in not creating tickets.Thank You for your help on this.
