Error de plantilla de recuperación

Buenos días. Cuando creo un ticket me envía un correo con el siguiente asunto: "osticket Alertas error de plantilla de recuperacion; incapaz de recuperar la plantilla 'ticket.notice' -id#0".

Como puedo corregir ese error?

    Sounds like you do not have a template for the New Ticket Alert.
  • Apologies on that. I am using XAMPP on a Windows machine. i have configured osTicket v1.9.12 successfully.  

    The program sends mails properly, But when a client make a ticket the client recieve the next osticket alert: "Unable to retrieve template 'ticket.notice' - id#0 " also the admin recieve different osticket alert like:
    "ticket.activity.notice" -
    "ticket.alert" - id#0, etc.

  • Many people have reported wierd issues using XAMPP, I highly recommend that you install the software individually.

    Why would you install an older version of the 1.9 tree?  1.9.15 is current for that tree, and 1.10 has been out for quite a while.

    It still sounds like you do not have an email template for that alert.  I would recommend that edit the template change something simple and save it and see if the error goes away.
