how can i add an email to multiple departmets?
I mean, i have one email example@example.it that i want to receive tickets from 3 departments... how can i do this?

Not sure exactly what you're trying to do - can you elaborate some more? What do you mean by "receive tickets from 3 departments"?
It sounds to me like you want to have the same email for multiple departments?
Admin panel -> staff -> departments.
Click on the department.
Select the email from the drop down list.
Click save changes.
Repeat this process for each department.
