Hi all, first of all, thanks for having me here! :-) This is my first post in this forum, if this here is the wrong topic/forum then I am sorry and would like to ask the admins to push it in the correct one... I have also tried finding the solution via the search functionality, but this has either not happened before (or is not documented here) or I am simply using the wrong search terms. The background: We have recently installed osTicket in our small web development company in order to provide both better regulated service to our customers as well as handle task delegation internally in a more proficient manner. Here is the relevant dashboard information:Server InformationosTicket Version v1.10 (901e5ea) — Up to dateWeb Server Software ApacheMySQL Version 5.6.33PHP Version 5.6.30-pl0-gentooPHP Extensionsgdlib Used for image manipulation and PDF printingimap Used for email fetchingxml XML APIxml-dom Used for HTML email processingjson Improves performance creating and processing JSONmbstring Highly recommended for non western european language contentphar Highly recommended for plugins and language packsintl Highly recommended for non western european language contentfileinfo Used to detect file types for uploadsAPCu Improves overall performanceZend Opcache Improves overall performanceThe problem: Everything works great, both for internal an external users as far as ticket creation, ticket handling and ticket messaging goes. Whenever a user logs into the frontend of the application in order to see the progress of a specific ticket, he finds the ticket (Screenshot 1), can actually open and sees general information on the ticket, but not the actual comments or messages posted in and for the ticket (Screenshot 2).As I am (at least so far...) pretty unfamiliar with the tool, I have not been able to ind the underlying cause for the issue. The hope: There are many of you osTicket professionals out there, can you help me out here? Thanks all + have a great day,HamHill
