I think it's the dashboard statistics, like service time. I'm unsure what that means myself.

I am sorry, i mean Control Panel in osticket 1.9. When i login as admin in option: Control Panel i can not understand the ticket activity by staff. What does mean open, assigned??Thank you in adavance!!
