If we were to delete an Agent or User account from OSTicket 1.10 does the system still retain the ticket information/stats?Thanks
For staff, no. It unassigns and removes from teams etc, but doesn't delete tickets.
For users, if they have open tickets you can't delete them, I'm unsure if it deletes closed ones.. try it? Make a user, give them a ticket, try deleting the user.
