Dear Members,
Since today I have got a strange issue:
If I send an e-mail to Osticket I always get a reply back:
Support Ticket Opened
However the ticket is not listed in Osticket. I also checked the database for the ticket number which I got back: no result.
Weird thing is that some e-mails (50%) come true and others don't. I don't get any errors while the system is set to System Log Level: Debug.
I did not make any changes to the files / data. I tried to restore a database backup from yesterday, same problem. I checked all files, no changes were made since December last year.
Is there anyone that can help me? Thank you!:)
