Hi,
When I attempt to login as an admin, nothing happens.
I supply my credentials, the screen refreshes rather than logging me in. I've used OSTicket a couple years and was always able to login. If I provide the wrong credentials it get an error. With the correct credentials, screen refreshes and credentials disappear.
Email piping is setup and the tickets are behind a SSL cert. Error logs look as follows:
mod_fcgid: stderr: PHP Warning: date(): It is not safe to rely on the system's timezone settings. You are *required* to use the date.timezone setting or the date_default_timezone_set() function. In case you used any of those methods and you are still getting this warning, you most likely misspelled the timezone identifier. We selected 'America/New_York' for 'EDT/-4.0/DST' instead in /var/www/vhosts/domain.com/subdomains/helpdesk/httpdocs/ticket/include/class.config.php on line 60
mod_fcgid: stderr: PHP Warning: Unknown: open(/var/lib/php/session/sess_kr8gv34fl1irnl9h6891c10h37, O_RDWR) failed: Permission denied (13) in Unknown on line 0
mod_fcgid: stderr: PHP Warning: Unknown: Failed to write session data (files). Please verify that the current setting of session.save_path is correct (/var/lib/php/session) in Unknown on line 0
Thanks!
