osticket subject

Hey all.I use osticket to generate tickets and when this tickets are created it will send to my email.My problem is when I recieve a mail the Subject field is empty because of that its hard to find the things.So I just want to know is there a way to detect the subject and what do I need to do to solove this problem?I am using the os ticket v1.10 version.Hope you guys can help me.

    No osTicket version.
    No environment details.
    No osTicket: email setup details.
    No osTicket: Autoresponder or Alerts and Notices configuration.

    There is no way anyone here can assist you with out more information.

    What do you mean by environment details?

  • Did you or another admin change the issue summary field to a choice?

    Under admin -> manage -> Forms -> Issue Summary

    It should be set to field type: Short Answer.

    Seen a few of these, it should only be changed to that if you don't want to use email Fetching.
  • Server environment details would be things like:
    web server software and version
    PHP version
    MySQL version
    OS and version
