I'm using ost v1.9.8I notice that concurrent logins by using the same agent account is possible. And no messages will pop up saying different IP are logging in.Can we actually stop concurrent logins?Or limit the number of concurrent logins?
Have you tried checking "Bind Agent Session to IP" at Admin panel -> Settings -> Access?If you have then no I do not think that there is anyway to do this within the ui of osTicket.
Tried that @[deleted]It doesn't alert or stop concurrent logins using the same agent account, from 2 different devices with different IP addresses.
