Closed tickets not Reopening
I upgraded from 1.9.14 to 1.10 yesterday. After the upgrade, replies via email to closed tickets are not reopening the tickets. The messages are being received by the system and are being added to the ticket, but the status does not change. I have tried turning off reopen on reply and turning on again, and I have not seen a change. I have also created new statuses to see if that would make a difference, but it has not.
Any assistance is appreciated.
