Phone field not shown in staff view

Hello everybody,
I contact you because I've an issue with osticket 1.10.
basically customers fill the phone field, but doesn't appears in the agent view.
How can I do it?

    There is no such thing as an Agent view.  So please be more specific and include instructions of how to get to the place you are referencing.z

    customer fill the ticket and insert his phone number. When agent opens the ticket, he cannot see in the main view the phone, but only other informations.
    Can you please help me?
  • Click on the Users name, it will show the phone number in the pop up.

  • @ntozier Agent view is the Staff view, not sure when that got changed. Possibly because Agents might not be employed by the operator of the site.
