TICKETS NOT DISPLAYING ON THE AGENT TICKET DASHBOARD
Please I have an issue that requires an urgent attention.
When clients create tickets, the details is not displaying on the agents ticket dashboard. (The Notification tells the numbers of tickets available e.g Open(4) My Tickets(2) Overdue (2) Closed, but the ticket details refused to display).
Also noticed that when I open the Emails > Templates, it's not displaying.
I am using osTicket V-1.10
Please I need help as quick as possible. Thanks
