E-Mail Entire Ticket Thread?

How do I get osTicket to e-mail my clients with the entire ticket thread? I'm not finding a setting for this. Thanks.

I have the latest osTicket version installed.


  • Your not finding a setting for this, because it is not a feature.
  • So, customers have to login to view anything?
  • Yes, They have to log in to see anything other then the current reply email.
