osTicket v1.10 (stable) and Maintenance Release v1.9.15 are now available! Go get it now
We could see that the complete e-mail thread is not appearing in osTicket tool whenever we post reply from the tool and only the original message is appearing. Please let me know if there is any variable that we can use to display the complete ticket thread.
