we've been running osticket for a few weeks now with no issues with email fetching from a 365 mailbox. the mailbox was on a federated domain with some dodgy SSO software, so that was removed and reverted to cloud only (at both points email fetching was working). i have since implemented Microsoft's ADFS and now email fetching the sending isn't working and i just get an error stating "too many failed logins"
has anyone had this before?
