How to avoid mail loop caused by alerts

If an osticket's agent setup an autoreponder, when agent is notified cause an email loop.

How can I avoid this?

I can setup agents "vacation mode" but I don't know in advance if an agents will be on holidays.

  • Agents can control their own vacation mode... in their profile

    also osTicket tries to suppress email loops. (I haven't had one in years)
