multiple ticket created in 1 email osticket

Hello Team,

Whenever a user send an email to our support team email id its creating multiple tickets in osticket application with different ticket numbers.
Could you please let us know, what need to be done in order to avoid below issue.

    no screen shot.
    no osTicket version or other evironment details
    no indication if ticket # is included in subject, or if second email is reply.

    Sorry for the inconvenience , i attached one file but for some reason it was not attached.

    My osticket version v.1.19.12
    OS- Ubuntu 14.04 server os
    Web Server Software Apache/2.4.7 (Ubuntu)
    PHP Version 5.5.9-1
    MySQL Version  5.6.30

    Please help me to fix this issue .  Every time its creating multiple tickets for one email. Its very difficult for us to manage this.

    I uninstalled and  reinstalled this osticket , but still no progress.


    I am using the below version of osticket
    osTicket Version     v1.9.12 (19292ad)
    Upgrade
    — v1.9.15 is available
    Web Server Software     Apache/2.4.7 (Ubuntu)
    MySQL Version     5.5.57
    PHP Version     5.5.9-1ubuntu4.22
