I am new to the OSTicketing System and would like to do the following:
When the clients enters in all their information, I would like to capture the Help Topic as well when they submit. So for example, here are my departments that I have created via a drop down (please see attachment). I would like for this field to also be sent along with the ticket email we receive. For instance, if it's for Printer Support, I would like for it to say: "PRINTER SUPPORT". Or if it's for Projector Support, I would like fro it to say: "PROJECTOR SUPPORT". My question, is there anyway of doing this and how so?
