Hi all,just want find out what kind of options we have to use full integrated mailing within our tickets in osticket system,not sure if i understand completly the piping options / idea.We have an email provider, that offers us only to send/forward mails to an mailadress.So they could forward mails at itsupport@company.com to myprivateadress@gmail.com(It is not possible to get an independent imap mailaccount as system / proxy account and use in osticket system)But to use the option of remote piping, as i understand, the email provider needs to send/forward mails directly to the osticket api via http not to an mailadress?Or is it possible to send/forward mails at itsupport@company.com to our osticket server as local maildomain, like itsupport@osticketserver.company.com,receiving mails on this system with sendmail, and forwarding them directly to the osticket system?Actual we are using the actual osticket version:osTicket Version
