Can't login to Admin PanelAlthough this error persisted osTicket appeared to install eventually (after about 5 attempts), but I get Access Denied when I try to login to the Admin Panel: http://support.visionspring.org/scp/login.phpI KNOW the user name and password are correct because our practice at VisionSpring is to pre-record the username and password in a database and copy and paste from the database to the install program, to guarantee correct entry.
