i dooing this for the first time : is there any instructions how can i setup the email in the right way that when customers send an email to supoort@XXX.com , osticket generates a case ?
There is more than one way to setup email. Both of them could be considered the "right way" depending on what you want. Please read the documentation at:http://osticket.com/wiki/Email_settings
