osTicket v1.10 is working very well for our group, except for this one wonky thing with roles.
On the Agents Roles Tab, I do not have any boxes next to the Roles names to disable or delete. I have been able to remove all agents from a specific Role and then a box will appear so that I could disable or delete the Role. Is this how this is supposed to work?Also, I have seen examples of other demo sites of osTicket where they show a read only or view only role with no permissions selected at all. I have tried this but receive an error that at least one permission must be selected. Is there a way to have a read only agent? I have a use case where I need the person to log in as an agent to see all tickets in every department but do not want that particular person to be able to do anything other than review tickets in all of the departments, except the one that he is a primary member of. He is just one of those non-trusting fellows that respond to tickets when he shouldn't! ;-)
