Employee email not recogniced

I have setup osticket for a company. 

When i add our employees , the system says that the email adress ist not valid. 

i have no other email adress .

    osTicket does a dns check for email addresses. You could deactivate it if this dns check is not possible in your environment:

    1.9: ->Admin Panel->Settings->Email->uncheck "Verify email address domain" 
    1.10: ->Admin Panel->Emails>Settings>uncheck "Verify email address domain"

  • Or fix the server's DNS so it can validate those addresses.
