How to view ticket status
I am using OS Ticket (v1.9.12) and have a question about viewing the ticket status on the Support Center Home page.
As an agent I have created multiple ticket statuses to track the progress of our work. We work with data that can be held up in development, in progress, waiting for approval, future development, etc... Our clients also have a log in account with OS ticket so they can log in and view their ticket statuses. I recently learned they can only see "open" and "closed" ticket statues and cannot see the whole list of ticket statuses that I created. Is there any way to change that or is this just something that Agents can only see?
