My web host recently upgraded all of the hosting accounts PHP version to use PHP 7.x but with that upgrade OSTicket stopped working. When using 7.1 the site wont let me login and when using 7.0 I can login and everything seems to work as expected except that when the system auto creates a ticket from email the ticket is created in blank, none of the text in the email is added. I manually downgraded to 5.x and it is working again as expected.
Is there any fix I can apply to use PHP 7.x or does this involve changes to the coding of OSTicket?
