we need to seriously fix this as after the first reply via email, tickets dont get recorded and just goes to email.
You obviously have settings wrong. If osTicket is configured properly, it will pull replies and thread them as part of the ticket. The feature has been around since v1.
I (or anyone else) can't magically diagnose your system settings or even help you when you don't provide any details. I've had to glean information for you - one reply at a time and you still reply with a one-liner.
You're the one needing help for Pete's sake.
You claim you setup email integration. Details would help.
1. Are you using polling or piping (see wiki links above)?
2. Did you confirm email fetch?
3. If polling (IMAP/POP3) - did you setup cron job?
4. When user reply - is TO address one of the configured system emails?
If i can't get this fixed i will need a new ticketing system.

This is the most empty threat ever - think for a minute - do you seriously think we (ok... limit it to I) care if YOU use osTicket or not?
It's better to admit ignorance on how to setup the system and seek help, than threatening not to use the system.
