Knowledge Base entry is public, but attachment requires login

Hi,

I have public entries in Knowledge Base, but despite they are visible without login, when user clicks to download the attachment, he is requested to register. Can you fix it please.

  • Disable must "Require login to view any attachments"?
  • thanks. to my confusion it was not in settings for Knowledgebase but within ticket settings.
