Good day,Few days ago suddenly system starts showing HTTP 500 error when I want to create new ticket. I'm entering all necessary information and then after pressing "create" my browser shows me HTTP 500 error.Could you please help me? OsTicket version - v1.10.1 (9ae093d)
Hi Javid_B, do you have webserver logs from when the 500 error occurred?
Which server are you using and what version of PHP are you using?
Have you modified the ticket forms?
I've the problem. Problem was that I changed "issue details" variable from "message" to "ticketdet" and that is why PHP returns with error when I press open new ticket. I think this is last update issue. So I returned back this variable and everything works fine now.Is this issue can be solved or I just shouldn't change this variable?Thank you
That's a core variable, a lot of assumptions in the code assume that core fields work the way they were originally.. they can be tweaked a bit, but shouldn't really be changed if you're not able to edit the code to make them work.
