Yes. But I've returned to its original variable and tickets starts to creating. The only thing is that agent emails comes with empty line instead of issue details, but admin, manager, creator, user gets emails with issue details. The difference is as I noticed that in user email templates message variable used as original %{message}, but agent assignment, agent transfer template should be used with %{ticket.message} instead of %{message}. And that emails that related to %{ticket.message} comes with empty line.
