Hi, I'm new to osticket and I cannot get the email piping to work properly. When a customers replies to a ticket from replying inside their email, that ticket is forwarded to my support@domain.com email, but it's not updated inside the ticketing system. The customer also gets a failure to deliver eventhough the email is sent to me.
I followed the instructions here: http://osticket.com/wiki/Email_Piping(http://osticket.com/wiki/Email_Piping) and I did this:
1. Update php.ini
/usr/local/lib/php.ini update: display_errors Off
restart apache
But still no cigar. What am I doing wrong?
I also don't understand where I can enable email piping from my preferences. I don't see that option anywhere.
