Custom Template mail

Hi,

I need to select the correct template for new tickets deppending to each mail received. How can i do? Only can do with department, but one department works with differents mails

  • Email templates are sent based on the trigger that calls it... new ticket being opened, ticket updated, etc.  So I am not real sure what it is you are asking.
  • we're using osticket for multi client customer service. For each client (email) i need a custom template to send with her logo.

    It's Possible? Exist any mod?


  • This is not a feature in osTicket at this time.  I would recommend that you use generic templates and then use Canned Responses for the specific logo for each "customer"
