I can't see the closed tickets assigned to me

Hi all, I am an agent, and once I close a ticket assigned to me, I do not see it in the closed tickets section. only the administrator (my boss) sees them. the other agents are the same, in "closed tickets" is always empty, can not see their tickets closed.
when I look for the ticket in "User" (list of clients), I see the ticket but I can not enter or edit it. What I can do?

    Tickets are not assigned to you once they are closed.
