Admin is not able to perform delete operations

Hey,

When I installed the the OsTicket version 1.9 on my linux server it was working nice and fine,but all of a sudden the admin user is unable to delete anything like users, staffs, tickets etc.

    There are something like 20 different versions of 1.9, would you care to be a little more specific?
    System environment?
    Whats changed on your server?
    What permissions does your Agent account have in osTicket? (ie does your group have Can Delete enabled, etc)

    You have answered 0 out of the 4 questions I asked you. So here they are again:

  • OK. Apologies! Please find the answers to your questions :-

    1.) System environment is Linux. PFA more details.

    2.) Nothing has changed on my server.Only pointing has been done.

    3.) I am talking about the admin and it has all the permissions.

    4.) If you want we can provide you admin login as it is under testing stage. Please provide your mail ID.

  • The issue is Admin is unable to delete anything whether is is staff,logs,groups etc.
  • Why are you using such an old version? 1.9.2 is over three years old (19 Jun 2014). 

    There where a lots of bugs and security issues fixed in the meantime.

    You should not use an old version like this. Support is only possible for actual releases..

    This cannot possibly be factual since Apache 2.4.27 was released in July 2017 and osTicket 1.9.2 was released in July 2014.

    Additionally if you have having issues only with delete, you might want to make sure that the DELETE verb/method is enabled in your Apache2.

    Please provide your mail id and take a look yourself. And I repeat again nothing has changed on the servers.
