Organization: main contact open ticket as user
Hi, I am new with OSTicket.
I configured OSTicket to let open tickets only for registered users.
In my configuration I have an organisation with many users and i would like to let the primary contact of the organisation to open ticket in the name of a organisation's user.
I was wondering if it is possible to add a combobox with the name of all the organisation's users when the primary contact of the organisation tries to open a new ticket.
Is there someone who can help me?
