@lbartal The Help Tip is just wrong.
If you read the Offline banner at the top of the Staff Control Panel it says "System is set to offline mode - Client interface is disabled and ONLY admins can access staff control panel.". I will make a pull request to update the help tip that says "If the status is changed to Offline, the client interface will be disabled. This does not however affect any normal Agent interaction with the Agent Panel." to say "If the status is changed to Offline, the client interface will be disabled. Only admins can access staff control panel."Cheers.
