[resolved] User defined priority

I'm looking for a way to allow my users to enter a priority when they enter a ticket. Is this possible? I did a little searching and found this discussion
, but it's from an older version and I don't see that option now.

Version of osTicket?
Up to date
Web Server Software
Apache/2.4.4 (Win64) PHP/5.4.12
Manage -> Forms -> Ticket Details
Do you see Priority Level?
Click on the Config button.
Click on Settings.
Tick Visible for EndUsers
Tick Editable for EndUsers.
add Priority Level
in Type select Priority Level.
Click Save Changes.
You may need to click the Config button again after to ensure that the correct permissions are selected for the field.
